MUTTONHEAD Returns & Exchanges
Once you have received your product(s) you have 15 days to submit an exchange or refund request and ship back the unwanted merchandise to us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your return is past the 15 days, the return will be in the form of a store credit.
Please note that the following are final sale, all apothecary & grooming goods, socks, toques and underwear.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items AND items purchased with a discount code:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/discounted items cannot be refunded. If you have purchased a sale item/discounted item that did not work out you can return it for a store credit. Once the the item is returned back to us with a RETURN/EXCHANGE form included in the package we will issue you a Store Credit Code via email. Store Credit Codes may be used online or in store.
If you ordered the wrong size of colour we can exchange your item it the desired size or colour is in stock. Please fill out the RETURN//EXCHANGE form that was included in your shipment, contact us at email@example.com to confirm the exchange, and send the package back to:

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
