What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

How often do you restock?
Restock is done on a seasonal basis. For our core pieces, they are carried into all seasons.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.

Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Muttonhead for any reason.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipping within 2-4 business days.

North American orders typically take 3 - 7 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 5 weeks. 

Note these are not guaranteed shipping times due to variabilities in post.

Incorrect Address

Muttonhead is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.

What shipping company do you use?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Air mail and include tracking. North American orders are sent Canada Post and USPS. Regular mail shipping does not include tracking, expedited shipping includes tracking. 

International regular shipping does not include tracking.

Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Who do I contact if I am having trouble ordering online?

Where are you located? 
We are located in Toronto, Canada. We have two locations, one at 337 Roncesvalles Avenue & the second at 2124 Queen St. East.

Please note our beaches location will be closed January 9th & 23rd.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Canada Post. Muttonhead is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. For more information please email store@muttonheadstore.com

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?

This depends on where you are located.

For Canadian orders taxes are applied and charged at checkout. 

For U.S & International orders taxes and duties are based off of your location and are charged at customs.
*Please note Muttonhead does not cover the cost of taxes & duties.
