REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

  • Within 15 days of purchase, you can return your item for a full refund onto the original form of payment, which must be present during return.
  • Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit.
  • After 21 days, all sales are final.

SALE OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

  • Within 15 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit.
  • After 15 days, all sales are final. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you must have the receipt.

Please note that the following are final sale, all apothecary & grooming goods, socks, toques and underwear.

Gift cards are not refundable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong size of colour we can exchange your item it the desired size or colour is in stock.  Please fill out the RETURN//EXCHANGE form that was included in your shipment, contact us at store@muttonheadstore.com to confirm the exchange, and send the package back to:

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
